If you don't love your Aquapaw, return it hassle free, no questions asked.

Submit a return in 3 easy steps:

1. Navigate to our Returns Portal

2. Submit your order # and describe the issue.

3. Print pre-paid label and drop off at any USPS location.

Aquapaw, LLC cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. California State law requires that products accepted for evaluation be clean and clear of all liquids or substances. If Aquapaw, LLC, in its discretion, determines from the written correspondence and/or from the actual returned product that the product failed to conform to the warranty, then it will either repair or replace the product at Aquapaw, LLC's option. If a warranted product is no longer sold by Aquapaw, LLC, we may replace it with the closest, similar product of equal or lesser value.
